Our Founder
​​Sandra Novakov is a senior investor relations advisor with 25 years of experience guiding companies through evolving capital markets.
​​She has held leadership roles at global advisory firms, including Sodali & Co and Citigate Dewe Rogerson, and has advised clients across the full spectrum of IR activity - from day-to-day investor engagement to high-stakes events such as capital markets transactions and shareholder activism. ​
Known for her pragmatic approach, strategic insight, and global perspective, Sandra combines analytical rigour with clear, effective messaging that resonates with analysts, investors, and broader corporate stakeholders. A member of the UK Investor Relations Society’s Education Committee, she remains a regular speaker at industry conferences, sharing thought leadership on emerging trends in investor relations.
