Our Founder
Sandra Novakov is a senior investor relations advisor with 25 years of experience guiding companies through evolving capital markets.
She has held leadership roles at global advisory firms, including Sodali & Co and Citigate Dewe Rogerson, and has advised clients across the full spectrum of IR activity - from day-to-day investor engagement to high-stakes events such as capital markets transactions and shareholder activism.
Known for her pragmatic approach, strategic insight, and global perspective, Sandra combines analytical rigour with clear, effective messaging that resonates with analysts, investors, and broader corporate stakeholders. A member of the UK Investor Relations Society’s Education Committee, she remains a regular speaker at industry conferences, sharing thought leadership on emerging trends in investor relations.
